Your mission

 

To manage assigned Hiab USA Dealer accounts by providing market-leading support that drives profitable growth, performance, and a best-in-class customer experience. The Dealer Manager will offer differentiated solutions and services to both Dealers and end-user customers through strong collaboration, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Act as the liaison between Hiab USA Dealers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Credit, and Customer Support
  • Develop and execute Dealer-specific business plans focused on growth in Original Equipment, Digital Solutions, and Services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Dealer account information including payment terms, invoicing addresses, and equipment records
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to improve forecasting accuracy and support the Dealer buying cycle
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and customer events within assigned territories
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we are looking for

 

  • Technical and/or Business Degree
  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
  • Regular travel required
  • Good technical understanding of product & application
  • Strong commercial, strategic, and influencing skills
