Your mission
Responsible for developing and executing the service business strategy in the assigned market to drive profitable, sustainable, and safe growth. The role encompasses both direct operations and indirect dealer channels, with a strong focus on driving service growth through installed base, effective market positioning, operational excellence, and superior customer experience across the full service portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the service business strategy in close collaboration with the Services Division, and translate strategic objectives into clear commercial and operational plans
- Drive service growth through installed base, value-based service offerings, proactive commercial initiatives, and lifecycle service solutions
- Strengthen market positioning through effective market coverage, partnerships, and long term service competence development
- Continuously improve service delivery, responsiveness, and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service end-to-end execution as well as customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage net working capital, ensuring optimal stock levels balancing financial performance and service availability. Responsible for local sourcing
- Ensure effective management of warranty, technical support and training in the market
What we are looking for
- Suitable academic background on technical and commercial subject
- 10+ years of experience of service business, including operational service management experience
- Proven ability to drive service sales and profitability
- Technical skills and product knowledge
- Strong leadership capabilities, ability to develop the team as well as allocate resources in an
efficient way - Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build long term relationships and work in an international matrix environment
- English requirement, both written and spoken
