Global Process Owner - Innovation Excellence

Purpose of the position

The Global Process Owner Innovation Excellence is responsible for designing, implementing, overseeing and managing innovation processes across Hiab divisions, regions and countries. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency and consistency in managing and delivering innovation. The Global Process Owner Innovation Excellence plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Hiab captures valuable market insights, develops products to address customer needs in attractive segments, and delivers quality innovative products to market with full technical, operational and commercial readiness at launch.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategy for innovation excellence
• Design and Standardize the Innovation Processes
• Develop the Global Technology Platform program for Hiab
• Act as global process owner where necessary
• Ensure consistent process implementation across Hiab
• Implement and oversee the governance and compliance of Innovation processes
• Measure and improve process performance and excellence
• Develop and build the resources required (over time)
• Use continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiencies within the processes
• Global Coordination and Communication across Functions and Divisions.
   

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar relevant discipline
• Education in Lean Six Sigma process design (Green Belt / Black Belt)

Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Leading teams in the past 5 years
• Leading, coordinating, and managing projects, with multiple/diverse stakeholders

• Strong project management skills
• Process thinking / Lean thinking
