Online Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Specialist to join our team to drive all online marketing activities for Hiab Webshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Gdansk, Poland, and will report to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, Hiab Services. Requires occasional travel.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead on all online marketing initiatives for Hiab webshop
• Drive Google adwords campaigns for B2B & B2C with responsibility for campaign content and performance.
• Define and implement content strategy for all Hiab brands represented in Hiab webshop. Creating content pages in collaboration with product teams, ensuring that we have optimal CX and monitor performance.
• Responsible for on site SEO including planning, content creation & reporting.
• Managing, administering and optimizing various Hiab Webshop campaigns.
• Own digital webshop CRM roadmap and its performance. Working closely with internal and external teams on implementation and E2E customer journeys.
• Cooperation with different global stakeholders and optimizing the Webshop marketing and content to support the parts growth.
• Owning all digital marketing requirements for development. Work closely with Webshop Product Owner.
• Providing reports and analysis on campaign results to relevant management and product managers.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is preferred

Experience:

• Managing complexity and prioritising your own work
• Expert in Adwords and sales attribution
• 3 years of experience in a similar industry or e-commerce field

Competencies:

• Fluency in English is essential
• Self motivated and a team player
• Flexibility and agility, problem solving mindset with attention to details
