Your mission

Your primary objective is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the domestic sales team, specifically focusing on the end-to-end order management process (intake, processing, and invoicing). You will act as a crucial link between our company and our customers, ensuring a consistently high level of service and demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly within a demanding commercial environment.
Key responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you will take full ownership of the sales administration cycle. Your core duties will include:
- Order Coordination & Management: Overseeing and coordinating equipment orders for end-customers within the domestic market, ensuring full alignment with local sales team requirements.
- End-to-End (E2E) Process Ownership: Maintaining a holistic, E2E approach to all managed responsibilities to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
- Documentation & Data Integrity: Managing the flow of all sales-related documentation and ensuring the accuracy of Master Data and CRM systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a central point of contact, maintaining continuous cooperation with sales representatives, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely resolutions.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers, while proactively seeking ways to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and supporting the implementation of more efficient workflows.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meeting and executing defined KPI targets to support business growth.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly observing all safety procedures and instructions to maintain a secure working environment, including proactive reporting of any hazards or incidents to management.
What we are looking for
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive professional who combines administrative precision with excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Sales Coordination or similar commercial support function.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing relationships across various organizational levels, from vendors to internal leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail). Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage, though not essential.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in a second language will be considered a significant asset.
