Your mission

 

Are you a proactive talent hunter who thrives on building relationships, not just filling roles? Do you believe that Talent Acquisition is a strategic function that can shape a company's future? We're looking for a motivated Senior Recruiter to join our Global Recruitment team, own the full recruitment lifecycle, and help us transform how we find and hire top talent.


This is more than a transactional role; it’s a chance to act as a true business partner. You'll work closely with hiring managers, offering your expertise and market insights to build innovative sourcing strategies for every position. You'll be the architect of our talent pipeline, not just a processor of applications.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire hiring process for your region, from initial consultation with hiring managers to job postings, interviews, and offer management.
  • Be a Sourcing Expert: Use a proactive, multi-channel approach—including social media, databases, and professional networks—to identify and attract top-tier candidates before they even apply.
  • Consult & Advise: Partner with hiring managers to brainstorm new ways to fill roles and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
  • Enhance Our Process: Act as a change agent by identifying and suggesting new technologies, training opportunities for managers, or fresh approaches to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build Our Foundation: Maintain meticulous records in our Applicant Tracking System and other platforms to ensure we are building a strong, data-driven talent function.

What we are looking for

 

Education:

 

  • Minimum bachelor degree in HR or similar area


Working Experience:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful direct search and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within medium to large organizations.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in a global, multicultural environment.


Language skills:

 

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German or Italian is a nice to have
