Your mission

 

The Solution Owner for Case Management plays a key role in enabling a unified, scalable, and efficient approach to handling cases across the entire global organization. Your mission is to ensure that all levels of support—from local country offices to global partners—operate within a single, integrated Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

Initially, you will drive the deployment of the existing solution by coordinating configuration data, conducting training, and supporting local teams during the rollout. As you progress, you will assume full ownership of the global solution, shaping the future-state vision and roadmap. You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that internal requirements are translated into a robust Salesforce architecture that supports seamless process harmonization worldwide.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Lead the initial rollout of the Salesforce Case Management solution to regional centers and partners, ensuring alignment with global standards and adoption targets.
  • Gradually take full accountability for the Case Management solution, defining the long-term vision and driving the development roadmap.
  • Coordinate the development backlog (user stories and enhancements) by collaborating with IT teams, business stakeholders, and platform specialists.
  • Facilitate discussions to define a common global approach for case handling, promoting best practices and minimizing local deviations to ensure scalability.
  • Review and validate proposed technical solutions to ensure they provide clear business value, high-quality user experience, and technical feasibility.
  • Support testing, training, and the maintenance of documentation to ensure smooth transitions and high system proficiency among users.
  • Monitor system performance post-deployment and lead initiatives to optimize the solution based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Case Management topics, ensuring alignment with other global initiatives and digital service processes.

What we are looking for

 

Experience & Education:

 

  • University degree in Technology, Computer Science, Management, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing business processes and participating in change management projects
  • Familiarity with Agile software development cycles and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is highly beneficial.

 

Competencies & Skills:

 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and the ability to transform business needs into technical designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced fluency in English (written and spoken) with the ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally if required by project needs.
