Analytics and Master Data Manager

Your mission

Hiab Services manages critical business data across multiple domains, including equipment (SAP), customer data (SAP/Salesforce), and contact management (Salesforce). Each domain forms a cornerstone in supporting efficient operations and strategic business decisions. This role ensures robust governance, integration, and quality of these critical data assets, working proactively to develop robust architecture and maintain high standards across systems.

This position is open for Helsinki, Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for data governance across core domains (equipment, customer, contact). Oversee and implement data governance processes, standards, and compliance measures
• Ensure clear definitions, completeness, and quality standards for core data fields
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic development of data governance frameworks, becoming a central figure in ensuring scalable architecture and efficient data flows
• Actively participate in core projects, ensuring data requirements are clearly defined and integrated early
• Collaborate cross-functionally (IoT, software, sales teams) to ensure availability and accuracy of required data, driving the alignment and correct data sourcing from project initiation
• Dedicate approximately 20% of time to hands-on involvement in complex, high-impact development tasks
• Act as gatekeeper for BI roadmap and development
• Lead and manage two distinct functional teams: Master Data Team and BI Developers Team.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in data governance and analytics, solutions like BigQuery and QlikSense is seen as a plus but not mandatory
• Strong technical competence in data warehouses, architecture and integrations
• Eagerness to test and deploy improvements to current (data) processes
• Hands-on approach
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English is mandatory.
