CPQ Business Solution Owner

Your mission

As the CPQ Business Solution Owner, you are responsible for owning and continuously developing our global Lead-to-Order process. 

Our ambition is to leverage Salesforce as a core platform for managing the end-to-end customer and partner journey—from leads and opportunities through quoting and pipeline management. You will be at the centre of this development, working closely with the business, IM organization and external technology partners to ensure our solutions meet business needs and continuously improve.

You will also play an important role in the development of our Partner Portal, providing dealers and importers with the data, tools and capabilities they need to successfully run their business with Hiab.

This is a highly collaborative role with significant impact, combining business process development, technology and stakeholder management to shape how Hiab works with customers and partners globally.

The location of the position is Helsinki, Finland or Malmö, Sweden.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, align them with business strategy, and manage the impact of strategic changes on the solution
• Identify process improvements, map dependencies with other systems and projects, and ensure requirements are clearly defined before development begins.
• Actively lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across sales, product management, and process functions to funnel and prioritize localized requirements
• Drive user adoption through training, onboarding and ongoing support
• Establish and track success metrics and usage analytics to ensure solution adoption and continuous optimization
• Be the end-to-end global business owner of our lead to order process and CPQ solution, responsible for driving the full development lifecycle — from roadmap definition and backlog prioritisation through testing, release and user adoption.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end quote-to-order processes within a global discrete B2B manufacturing environment (deep process domain expertise is essential; experience with specific tools like Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CRM, or similar global platforms is flexible)
• Practical experience applying change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) in system and process rollouts
• Strong hands-on experience in agile execution, writing user stories, backlog grooming, and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge communications between operational sales, product management, process leads, and management teams
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail
• Solid understanding of business processes and operations within the relevant area of responsibility
• Comfortable with change management practices and agile development methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and translate local business requirements into global solution frameworks
