CRM Solution Coordinator

Hiab is looking for a Solution Coordinator, CRM to play a key role in supporting and developing our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. In this role, you will act as the bridge between the business, our IM organization, and external suppliers, ensuring our CRM solution continues to deliver value to sales teams globally.
The position will be based in Helsinki, Finland.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Ensure Salesforce supports our business needs effectively.

Drive continuous improvements and manage change requests.

Enable our global community of CRM users to succeed through training, governance, and support.

Monitor adoption and performance to make sure the platform is delivering value.

Serve as the main contact between the business, IT, and suppliers for Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Define and monitor service levels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage a global key user network, setting up governance structures and leading regular meetings.

Provide timely support to Salesforce users in collaboration with key users.

Identify opportunities for improvement and translate business needs into system requirements.

Manage the backlog of enhancements and deliver solutions on time, within budget, and at the right quality.

Coordinate the change request process, including creation, testing, communication, and rollout.

Work closely with other solution coordinators and process owners (e.g., CPQ, SAP, pricing, product configuration).

Deliver release notes and system updates to key users for distribution to end users.

Develop and update digital training materials in our company learning platform.

Provide both planned and ad-hoc training sessions to key users and end users on new or updated functionalities.

Measure the user satisfaction for the training and support and use the insights to further develop the training modules and support model.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting so that CRM insights align closely with sales management needs and enable actionable decision-making with a real-time customer 360 view.

Share regular reports with stakeholders to provide visibility on CRM usage and impact.

Participate in solution owner/coordinator meetings to share feedback, prioritize changes, and stay aligned.

Support project handovers by taking ownership of knowledge transfer and ongoing responsibilities.

Join larger development projects or complex support tasks when required.

Map dependencies with other services and projects to ensure end-to-end quality.
What you’ll need to succeed

Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (admin, coordination, or support role).

Strong skills in agile requirement gathering, backlog management, and change coordination.

Ability to train and communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

A collaborative, proactive mindset, comfortable working across functions (business, IT, suppliers).

Knowledge of Confluence and the JIRA system to work with requirements and documentation.

Analytical ability to define and track adoption and performance metrics - and turn CRM data into actionable insights for sales management.
