Your mission
Hiab is looking for a CRM Solution Coordinator to play a key role in supporting and developing our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. In this role, you will act as the bridge between the business, our IM organization, and external suppliers, ensuring our CRM solution continues to deliver value to sales teams globally.
The position will be based in Helsinki, Finland.
Key responsibilities
- Platform Governance and Value Delivery: Ensure the Salesforce platform effectively supports business needs by defining service levels, monitoring adoption and performance, and driving continuous improvements and change requests
- Stakeholder and Supplier Coordination: Serve as the main contact between the business, IT, and external suppliers, and maintain alignment by collaborating with other solution coordinators and process owners (e.g., CPQ, SAP, pricing)
- Key User Network Management and Support: Manage a global key user network, setting up governance structures, leading regular meetings, and providing timely support and system updates in collaboration with key users
- Enhancement Backlog and Change Lifecycle: Identify opportunities, translate business needs into system requirements, and manage the full change request process—including backlog management, creation, testing, communication, and rollout—to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Training and User Enablement: Develop, update, and provide planned/ad-hoc training materials and sessions to key and end users on new functionalities, measuring user satisfaction to continuously develop the training modules and support model
- Data Quality and Business Reporting: Continuously identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting to provide actionable CRM insights that align with sales management needs, and share regular reports with stakeholders on CRM usage and impact
- Project Integration and Quality Assurance: Participate in coordination meetings, support project handovers by taking ownership of knowledge transfer, and map dependencies with other services and projects to ensure end-to-end quality, joining larger development projects when required.
What we are looking for
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud (admin, coordination, or support role)
- Strong skills in agile requirement gathering, backlog management, and change coordination
- Ability to train and communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
- A collaborative, proactive mindset, comfortable working across functions (business, IT, suppliers)
- Knowledge of Confluence and the JIRA system to work with requirements and documentation
- Analytical ability to define and track adoption and performance metrics - and turn CRM data into actionable insights for sales management.
