At Hiab, we are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Commercial Excellence - CRM to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and managing our end-to-end sales process, from strategy setting to performance reporting, to help us achieve our ambitious sales growth targets. You will work across our six divisions (Service, Loader Cranes, Forestry Cranes, Demountables, Tail Lifts, Truck Mounted Forklift Trucks) and our CSC (Customer Support Center) to shape strategy, optimize processes, and implement tools that accelerate growth. This position will be based in Helsinki, Finland or Malmö, Sweden.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Build and maintain CRM Analytics data models, access, data quality, and dashboards to support pipeline tracking and data-driven management for CSC and Divisions.

Lead initiatives to drive CRM adoption and its effective use across the organization.

Act as the primary point of contact for CSC and Divisions for CRM-related questions, support, and training.

Identifying CRM improvement needs, gathering input from frontline sales teams and divisions, and collaborating with the system owner team to guide development priorities.

Create and maintain Sales Activity dashboards for CSC and Divisions to enable data-driven management and better demand forecasting.

Develop and maintain CRM adoption KPIs and dashboards to monitor system usage and identify areas for improvement.

Support the Customer Master Data team in prioritization and requirements to ensure data reliability and consistency.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Experienced in change management and project management within commercial operations.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or CRM/CPQ management.
- Business Administrator role in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) including implementation and management.
- A big plus is experience in some of the following: Google BigQuery (SQL), Python, DAX, M, VBA; and in Data Analytics Platform on Expert Level (preferably Looker Studio and/or Salesforce Analytics. Others: Power BI, Tableau) with ETL experience in some of these Platforms.
