Your mission
The Manager, Commercial Excellence (CE) plays a key role in driving Hiab’s profitable growth by developing, governing, and continuously improving commercial ways of working across the organization. Partner and channel management are key focus areas within the role. You would be responsible for strategy execution, performance management, and cross-functional transformation, ensuring that commercial initiatives are aligned with Hiab’s overall business objectives. You will lead global commercial initiatives and collaborate with business units and markets in implementation, helping raise overall commercial process maturity across Hiab.
The main location for this position is Helsinki, Finland.
Key responsibilities
- Spearhead strategic Commercial Excellence initiatives by translating business priorities into structured programs and roadmaps
- Drive new ways of working across all levels of the organization and effectively manage external sales resources and partnerships through strong relationship management
- Support execution of commercial transformation initiatives across markets, divisions, and functions
- Develop commercial performance frameworks, including KPIs, reporting, and review cadences
- Provide fact-based insights and recommendations to support management decision-making
- Lead cross-functional commercial projects from definition through implementation and impact realization
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across stakeholders to ensure delivery
- Act as a key interface between central teams, divisions, and country organizations
- Identify and drive improvements in commercial processes, tools, and operating models
- Benchmark best practices and apply learnings to strengthen scalability and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in strategy / management consulting, partner management, business development, or commercial / sales excellence roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Proficiency in handling complex data sets and utilizing data analytics platforms, visualization tools, and modern reporting solutions to leverage data for informed decision making
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis tools is considered a strong plus
- Ability to align initiatives with business goals and develop strategies for partner growth and partner management
- Effective communication and ability present to a wide range of stakeholders, from sales teams to senior leadership, across all levels of the organization
- A proactive and hands-on approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
