Service Coordinator

Your mission

As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our service operations – the key link between customers, service technicians, suppliers, and internal teams. Your mission is to ensure a seamless customer journey from the first contact, through spare parts sales and service booking, to invoicing and follow-up.

You will play a central role in:

• Selling spare parts and supporting customers in selecting the right solutions
• Receiving and shipping spare parts and lifts
• Planning and scheduling workshop jobs in the service calendar
• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers and internal personnel
• Proactively contacting customers (cold calling) to book inspections and services
• Managing invoicing, on-call duties, and warranty processes

Key responsibilities

• Book and coordinate workshop jobs in the service schedule
• Welcome customers to the workshop and ensure a professional first impression
• Actively report on safety matters and demonstrate a proactive mindset
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure consistent follow-up
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the customer reception area, including the coffee area
• Offer inspections and proactively recommend necessary actions and repairs
• Monitor service intervals and contact customers when inspections or services are due
• Order parts for customers and/or the workshop and follow up on deliveries
• Receive and ship spare parts to and from suppliers and customers
• Support inventory management and warranty handling
• Handle invoicing on a frequent and accurate basis

What we are looking for

Education:

• College degree or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment

Competencies & skills:

• Comfortable working with PC systems
• Experience working with business systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
• Strong interpersonal, social, and cooperative skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Mature personality with cultural sensitivity
• Ability to see the “big picture” while solving day-to-day operational challenges
• Sales-oriented mindset with focus on upselling opportunities
• Valid forklift driver’s license

Language skills:

• Fluent in Danish
• Spoken level English
