Your mission
As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our service operations – the key link between customers, service technicians, suppliers, and internal teams. Your mission is to ensure a seamless customer journey from the first contact, through spare parts sales and service booking, to invoicing and follow-up.
You will play a central role in:
- Spare parts sales, support customers with choosing parts
- Unload and load lifts and sphere parts with truck
- Receive, book and ship spare parts & lifts
- Booking of workshop jobs and place them in calendar.
- Answer phone and emails from customers and internal personnel
- Cold calling customers to book inspection and service
- Invoicing, on call, warranties.
Key responsibilities
- Receive from and/or ship spare parts to supplier and customers
- Receive, load and ship tail lifts with forklift
- Organize lifts, platforms and parts in warehouse (forklift is needed)
- Support in inventory and warranties
- Invoicing frequently
- Keep track of when its needed and call in customer for services and inspections
- Order parts to customer and/or workshop and follow up
- Booking jobs for the customer at the workshop
- Welcome customers to the workshop
- Safety reporting, proactiveness, etc.
- Continuous improvement
- Customer service and customer follow-up.
- Maintain order in the customer reception area, ensuring it is clean and tidy, coffee machine
- Offer inspection, proactively suggest needed actions/repairs to the customer.
You will collaborate closely with:
- Service Technicians
- Support team
- Sales team
- Suppliers
- Freight companies
- Management
What we are looking for
Education:
- College degree or equivalent
Experience:
- 1+ years in workshop & spares handling
Competencies & skills:
- Forklift drivers license
- Used to working with pc
- Good personal social and cooperative skills
- Good customer relationship
- Familiarly to work in business system (SAP)
- Mature personality and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to see the “big picture” when solving day to day issues
- Salesperson and focus on upselling
Language skills:
- Fluent in Danish
- Spoken level English
