Your mission

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead and manage our sales teams, driving revenue growth and market share expansion for our range of products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the material handling industry, possessing strong leadership skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

 

Strategic Leadership & Growth

 

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute multi-year GTM strategies for the regions, targeting annual sales growth in line with Hiab’s global strategy.
  • Own and drive the development and implementation of the product business strategy within the entire Sales area ensuring collaborative & coordination across primary and secondary divisions and business units within Hiab

 

Commercial Excellence

 

  • Dealer & Partner Network: Manage and optimise the extensive distributor and partner network globally, ensuring high standards of brand maintenance and customer experience.
  • Service & Lifecycle Sales: Partner with the Services division to increase ProCare contract penetration focusing on maximizing equipment uptime and total cost of ownership (TCO) for customers.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to provide accurate revenue forecasting to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Market share data division owner. Analyse and interpret sales & financial data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing sales of products and services
  • Own and drive the development and implementation of the product business strategy within the entire Sales area ensuring collaborative & coordination across primary and secondary divisions and business units within Hiab
  • Implement business execution plans in line with agreed global strategy & account plans
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • S&IOP process owner- run the reviews and sanitize the data for factory SMR’s
  • Local inventory management
  • Market share data division owner. Analyse and interpret sales & financial data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing sales of products and services
  • B Order Management - support the Division for B- orders, pricing, scheduling and expediting
  • Pricing and Sales Support - handling the pricing changes and negotiations
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop the team and organisation to work efficiently towards common objectives.

What we are looking for

 

Education

  • Typically University (degree) level relevant business qualification


Professional experience

  • 7+ years experience in Sales
  • Experience in a multinational working environment
