Your mission

 

The Service Center Manager is responsible for leading service center operations to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient services that meet customer expectations. You will be accountable for team leadership, safety, operational profitability, cost control, and optimal resource utilization. In addition, you will actively drive local commercial and lifecycle initiatives to support business growth and long term customer retention.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage daily service operations to ensure on-time delivery, high quality standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee safety and quality in the Service center, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Develop operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead and develop technicians, ensuring skills and competencies meet required standards. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve service challenges when needed
  • Plan and coordinate jobs, manage inventory, and ensure spare part availability to maintain operational readiness
  • Ensure service profitability through effective cost control and resource planning
  • Drive local commercial initiatives through installed base, lifecycle activation, and customer engagement to grow the service business and strengthen long term customer relationships
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, vehicles, and facilities are properly maintained and suitable for safe and efficient operation.

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Recognized relevant Technical Qualification, with good technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices
  • Experience in service operations management, business understanding from within a related industry
  • Ability to plan, organize and resolve operational challenges in a busy environment
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership for service performance, safety, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Shows adaptability and resilience in a fast paced, operational environment
  • Good team leadership skills, promoting collaboration, respect, and open communication.
