Your mission
As our Product Specialist Accessories, you will bridge the gap between market needs and engineering solutions, working closely with new and prospective clients to showcase how our product solutions can transform their business. Your ultimate goal is to make a tangible difference in our customers' operations by enhancing their productivity, safety and sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure our products stay competitive by following market trends and monitoring the competitive landscape. Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development.
- Utilize market data as a base for strategic analysis and decision-making.
- Interface with clients, Sales, Marketing, Equipment Divisions, Engineering and Operations to gather feedback, recommend product enhancements and suggest the future direction of our products.
- Work with sourcing and key vendors on assortment standardization, cost and lead time development, RFQs and building strong vendor relationships.
- Lead and prioritize Accessories Product Lifetime Care (PLC) and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. Carry out short-term development activities and complete assignments independently.
- Provide customer and stakeholder feedback to the R&D design process, including Design-to-Cost (DtC) and quality improvements.
- Conduct product and sales training and provide ongoing support for various internal stakeholders, dealers and importers.
- Address customer issues and concerns quickly to ensure high satisfaction, product quality and sustainability.
- Analyze and improve current ways of working and exchange knowledge with key internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years in Product Management, Product Development or Business Development. Proven experience working with global teams and remote resources is essential.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex data sets, translate them into actionable insights and use them as a foundation for business decisions.
- Deep technical understanding of products and applications. Specific experience in accessories sales, application tools or installation accessories is a significant plus.
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
- A self-motivated influencer with strong commercial acumen. You are a network builder who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
