Your mission

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for clarity, compliance, and product excellence?

We are looking for a Manager, Technical Information to oversee the creation, maintenance and distribution of all technical documentation and product information for Hiab Loader Cranes. In this vital role, you will ensure that our customers, service teams, manufacturing personnel and regulatory authorities have access to accurate, compliant, and user-friendly information throughout the entire product lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a key role in empowering our frontline organization by organizing essential technical training.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Information function
• Continuously develop the deliverables of the function, and ways of working, seeking for technological opportunities
• Owner of TI-related system architecture and platforms
• Set expectations, action plans, priorities, and KPIs for the function
• Focus on individual development, good and safe work environment
• Establish and follow-up on annual budget
• Ensure the quality of the work meets the customer expectations and secures Hiab's world class position
• High-Quality Technical Documentation
• Timely Delivery of Information
• Support for Customers and Service Teams
• Regulatory and Safety Compliance
• Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or Electronics
• 2 years of experience in Machinery Industry in the area of Technical Information
• Media and content management tools. Deep knowledge in factual communication and methods to distribute product information
• IT systems for advanced content management, AI, knowledge base, translation engines
• Creates clarity and engagement around broader strategy and goals, consistently shares relevant information and role models Hiab values
• Builds and communicates clear team structure and roles, sets effective objectives, and motivates through well-allocated responsibilities
• Supports and provides on-the-job skills training, offers encouragement and feedback, and delegates tasks to foster development
• Works proactively to connect, share information, seek input, and manage expectations
• Leadership & Team Development skills 
• Fluency in English.

What we offer

Contract Type: Full-time  – Permanent - CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria e Integrativo Aziendale di secondo livello

Experience Level: Mid / Senior

The salary range can vary form €55,000 to €65,000 (RAL). The exact salary within this range will be determined based on qualification and experience which are driving a broader or narrower delegation of responsibilities.
