Your mission

The primary function is to provide efficient, confidential and professional customer service, administrative clerical support, and invoicing in support of Hiab services. 

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily invoicing in line with relevant customer requirements, and investigate billing issues, process credits and rebills
• Ensure daily technician time entries are accurate for payroll and utilization tracking
• Process expense reports for technicians
• Open, receive, and process purchase orders
• Collaborate with Service Team Lead on managing open orders and PMs
• Assist in processing over the counter parts sales
• Support Service Team Lead with recording customer contact email in Salesforce

What we are looking for

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years customer service experience
• Accounts Payable (Basware)
• SAP experience is a plus
• Exceptional attention to details while exhibiting excellent data entry skills
