Your mission
To develop and grow Hiab USA service sales with a focus on contract and digital services offerings by leading service sales activities in the US and collaborating with global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Increase overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through expansion of Hiab service contracts and digital services
- Accountable for ProCare, Digital, and connected solutions sales development in the US
- Ownership of existing service sales development actions and developing new initiatives
- Lead contract and digital services sales training for the US Sales and Service teams and Partners
- Develop sales and offering tools for the US market, incl e.g. presentation of quotations and QuoteWerks developments to enable us to drive sales
- Review, analyze, and manage pricing on maintenance, contract, and digital offerings
- Lead Business Support Specialists in development, training, and support of Hiab Service Management (HSM) system and continuous improvement of maintenance execution processes
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years+ experience in a services focused organization
- Experience in developing and/or selling/managing service contracts, preferably with digitally connected equipment
- Business planning, financial, and analytical skills
- Project management experience utilizing system and software tools
- 10% travel required
