Your mission

 

Following the next chapter of our journey to create an exciting future of shared growth and success for our company and people, our customers, and the communities we touch, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team of professionals.

 

As a Sales Representative you will actively promote and sell our products and services in a defined area of customers and dealers. In this role you will work closely with our Service partners, Dealers, Customers and internally with Product Managers, Sales Department,etc.


This position is based in our office in Raisio and reports directly to the Business Line Manager, Finland.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationship that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Pursue sales leads, visiting existing and new customers to meet sales target levels, drive equipment sales and services
  • Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
  • Support yearly target agreements and marketing plan within sales team 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

What we are looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in service sales or industrial goods sales in the automotive or agricultural industry 
  • Competency in Google applications (Slides, Sheets, Docs and GMail), Microsoft applications (Excel,Word) and Salesforce
  • Customer Service mindset, Motivation for Sales and Closing Skills
  • Fluency in Finnish - both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken, Swedish language is beneficial
  • Licence/Certificate : B, C
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player.
