Trainee Master Data Cleansing & Project Support (m/f/d)

Your mission

Are you data-savvy, organized, and eager to make a tangible regional impact? We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Services Organization for Germany and Austria.

In this role, you will be a vital part of our mission to drive service growth across the region. By ensuring our data foundation is rock-solid and providing crucial project support, you will directly enable our team to scale operations, optimize performance, and achieve our growth targets. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at regional business operations and gain hands-on experience that goes way beyond standard student work

Key responsibilities

• Master Data Cleansing: Dive into our systems to identify, review, and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated information.
• Data Maintenance: Help establish and maintain high standards for data quality to support reliable growth forecasting.
• Project Support: Assist the team with regional initiatives, preparing presentations, tracking milestones, and supporting service expansion tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a reliable point of contact for data-related queries within the Germany and Austria Services team

What we are looking for

• Current Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field).
• Data Enthusiast: You have a sharp eye for detail and actually enjoy organizing messy information to help drive business decisions.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel—think VLOOKUPs and pivot tables). Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a major plus!
• Reliable & Structured: You can work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a growth-oriented environment.
• Communicator: Strong communication skills in German and English are required to collaborate effectively across the Germany and Austria region.
