Specialist, Invoice to Pay

Your mission

We are looking for an ambitious Invoice to Pay (ITP) Specialist to join our international team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient invoice-to-pay processes while supporting our journey toward a more digital and streamlined finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day ITP transactions independently with high precision and accuracy.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via ticketing systems, chat, and calls.

• Ensure seamless, timely, and fully compliant payment processing across the organization.

• Partner closely with the Purchasing team to investigate and resolve complex invoicing queries.

• Maintain flawless documentation and ensure all system data is up to date.

• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements to streamline ITP processes.

• Support process owners in rolling out new digital tools, policies, and modern ways of working.

• Assist in international knowledge transfer, onboarding, and shadowing activities.

• Mentor and support less experienced colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment.

• Safeguard compliance with internal controls, company policies, and legal requirements.

• Champion a positive brand image for Hiab through exceptional service and responsiveness.

What we are looking for

• Hold a degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Have 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice-to-Pay, or finance operations
• Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions to day-to-day and complex challenges
• Communicate confidently and build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Experience working with ERP and finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms
• Use Google Workspace tools effectively to manage, analyze, and communicate information
• Speak and write English fluently in a professional business environment
• Take ownership of your work and actively look for opportunities to improve processes
• Have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Thrive in collaborative, international, and fast-moving environments
