Working hand-in-hand with our experienced specialists, you will support the Invoice Processing team in their daily operations, getting a behind-the-scenes look at how global finance functions. With a dedicated mentor by your side, you will learn how to navigate real B2B transactions and master powerhouse systems like SAP and Basware.Together, we will turn your academic foundation into highly valuable, real-world finance skills while supporting your growth every step of the way.  

Key responsibilities

• Financial Operations Support: : Actively support the Invoice to Pay (ITP) team in daily invoice routing and validation.

• Data & Review: Assist with data extraction, document review, and system updates.

• Discrepancy Support: Help track and flag invoice discrepancies (pricing, quantity, etc.) and assist in getting approvals.

• Communication: Assist in managing internal queries and maintaining clean, professional communication with stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build your financial expertise.

What we are looking for

• Education: Current university student (or fresh graduate) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Languages: Very good English skills (written and spoken) to communicate smoothly with global teams.

• Tech Skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace) and an interest in learning complex ERP systems.

• Key Traits: Detail-oriented mindset, enjoyment of working with numbers/processes, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

• No prior professional experience in finance is required – your motivation is what matters most!
