Trainee Finance

Purpose of the position

We're looking for a Finance Trainee to join our international team, where you'll work alongside finance professionals from around the world and support end-to-end operations across multiple countries. • Learn the fundamentals of financial management, with a focus on the Accounts Receivable area.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Support key accounting and finance processes for various countries.
• Assist with daily finance tasks and transactional activities, with the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Contribute to financial reporting and gain valuable insight into real business operations.
• Help handle ad-hoc requests and solve challenges as they come up.
• Keep our client records organized and up-to-date in digital format.
• Learn the ropes of the Accounts Receivable function by helping with essential administrative tasks.

What you’ll need to succeed

• To be enrolled in a Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business or to be in your last years of studies.
• No previous experience required.
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English language required.
• A person with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) or Google Workspace tools.
• Proactiveness and willingness to take initiative.
• Display a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• German language skills are a plus and will be considered an advantage.
