Purpose of the position

Main tasks and responsibilities

Actively support the Invoice to Pay (ITP) team in daily finance operations

Assist with data extraction, document review, validation, and distribution

Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues and handle queries from internal and external stakeholders

Work with industry-standard tools like SAP, Basware, and ServiceNow

Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by your manager
What you’ll need to succeed

To be enrolled in a Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business or to be in your last years of studies

No previous experience required

Full professional proficiency of written and oral English language required

Problem solving, organisational and communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace tools

Proactiveness and ability to work both in team and independently

Display a strong work ethic and self-motivation

Ability to meet strict deadlines.
