Key responsibilities

• Actively support the Invoice to Pay (ITP) team in daily finance operations

• Assist with data extraction, document review, validation, and distribution

• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues and handle queries from internal and external stakeholders

• Work with industry-standard tools like SAP, Basware, and ServiceNow

• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by your manager

What we are looking for

• Highly motivated beginner eager to learn and develop, with no prior experience required.

• Excellent English communication skills for an international team environment.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or Google Workspace.

• Proactive and independent worker capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
