We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to support our HR administration services. This is a flexible position, offering both part-time and full-time options (6 or 8 hours/day), perfect for students or recent graduates eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
 

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our HR Trainee, you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient and accurate HR support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing HR processes and maintaining accurate data across our systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting internal stakeholders and strengthening the HBC (HIAB Business Services) brand
• Spotting and escalating recurring issues or exceptions with your mentor’s support
• Helping to build and shape the HR team within HBC
• Handling other HR-related tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

●    A Bachelor’s degree in HR or you're currently in the final stages of your studies
●    A passion for people and great customer service skills
●    Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
●    A detail-oriented mindset – you double-check your work
●    Fluent English (both written and spoken)
●    A positive team spirit and eagerness to learn
●    Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a dynamic setting
