AP Accountant

Your mission

The AP Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records related to material management for Hiab Poland sp. z o.o.

Key responsibilities

• Book and process accounting documents according to standards and policies

• Maintain timely and precise material accounting records and reports

• Resolve discrepancies in price, quantity, and documentation promptly

• Reconcile contractor balances and monitor payment accuracy

• Analyze purchase orders and account balances for assigned suppliers

• Manage documentation storage, archiving, and support inventory processes

• Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows and systems

• Operate within the ERP system to maintain data integrity and processes

• Adhere to all health, safety, and integrated management system regulations.

What we are looking for

• Higher Education in Economics, Finance or Accounting

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, ideally within an international manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision, timeliness, and commitment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Communicative proficiency in English.
