In this position, you will be responsible for preparing Illustrated Part Catalogues for our BA Lifting business line. Working closely with services and engineering teams across Europe, you will manage change processes, update technical drawings, and keep our documentation accurate. No prior experience with our specific systems? Don't worry! We provide full training to teach you everything you need to succeed.

This position is open for candidates located both in Stargard and in Gdańsk with the possibility for hybrid working model (2 days per week working from home).

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the daily workflow for creating spare part catalogues
• Join design and service reviews to stay close to product developments
• Structure and organize technical content inside our C-services system
• Propose specialized kits to simplify equipment repair and maintenance
• Update technical drawings, rename files, and handle the change process in the catalog.

What we are looking for

• Technician or Technical degree (an engineering background is a plus)
• Strong communication skills with a very good command of English
• Structured, organized, and able to work both independently and as a team player
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to learn new concepts
• Basic familiarity or willingness to learn systems like Creo, Windchill, LN, Adobe Illustrator, or Corel.
