Your mission

To provide best in class customer experience by delivering differentiated solutions, including market leading product and data-driven services, throughout the product lifecycle with market leading offerings supporting our customers & organization to meet our sustainability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for own product(s) success (Sales, CGM and share growth by attractive segment)
• Owns product input in overall MGPP and implements roadmap for given products to product line strategy
• Prioritizes NPD/PLC activity to ensure portfolio remains competitive with clear business cases and strategic rationale
• Spends 40% with customer/external stakeholders. Organizes & uses deep insights for decision making
• Ensures existing products are optimized with the correct options, pricing, sales tools to meet business objectives
• Development of tangible value selling propositions or all aspects of the product offering
• Cross functional influencing - driving and leading cross functional activities to deliver technical and commercial outcomes 

What we are looking for

• University level degree in technical and/or business field
• Multiple years of experience in on-road load handling systems or similar heavy equipment
• Experience in multinational working environment
• Experience in handling product and product business in different life cycle stages
• Sufficient technical understanding of product & application
• Mindset for strategic thinking, understanding of business strategies and goals
