Product Specialist, Service Contracts

Your mission

As Product Specialist, Service Agreements, you will help bring Hiab’s service agreement offering to market and make it effective for sales teams to use. You will maintain the offering in sales tools, support pricing and product launches, improve sales workflows and provide training and expert support to local teams. Through market insight and performance analysis, you will help improve the offering and support profitable growth. 

The primary location is Tampere or Helsinki, Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain service agreement products, configurations and commercial data in sales tools, including approved local market adaptations

• Work with the central pricing team to implement and maintain model-specific prices in sales tools

• Analyse sales, penetration, costs and margins for assigned offerings or markets, and recommend improvements

• Gather customer, market and competitor feedback to support offering development and portfolio decisions

• Coordinate product configuration, sales readiness and commercial launches for approved offerings and feature updates

• Improve quotation workflows and product data quality, and support implementation and testing of system changes

• Prepare sales materials, deliver product training and provide day-to-day expert support to local teams

• Support local sales action plans and investigate product performance issues, bringing findings and proposed actions further.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in a commercial, technical or product management role

• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Customer-centric mindset with a continuous desire to learn and innovate

• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or product configuration environments is highly advantageous

• Professional working proficiency in English.
