Project Manager - CoE M&C

Your mission

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager – Hiab Advanced Controls to oversee the direction, execution, and completion of our key strategic projects. You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring all initiatives align with company goals, budgets, and deadlines. This role requires a collaborative leader who can efficiently mobilize internal teams, manage external consultants, and secure the resources necessary to bring high-impact projects from concept to production.

The position will be based in Vallentuna, Sweden. 

Key responsibilities

● Coordinating projects
● Project leading
● Follow up on projects
● Status reporting to management
● Target setting & monitoring
● Delivering projects according to agreed targets.
● Budgeting
● Part of the project model development
● Project documentation
● Secure resources and coordination of resources within several projects
● Internal and external communication.

What we are looking for

● Relevant academic degree e.g. Master's in Engineering and preferably relevant education in Project Management
● Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing complex and multidisciplinary projects/programs
● Experience and understanding of HW/SW development
● Qualification in Project management
● Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
● Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
● Ability to interact effectively with executive-level clients
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent analysis, problem-solving, conflict management, and time management skills
● Proven experience in risk management
● Proven experience in the productization of products.
● Proven experience and knowledge about Sourcing activities.
● Result-oriented and well-organized
