Workshop Technician

Your mission

As a Workshop Technician, your primary mission is to ensure the highest level of equipment reliability and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for installing, modifying, maintaining, and repairing specialized products and equipment purchased by our organization’s customers, ensuring every technical solution meets our rigorous standards.

Key responsibilities

• Installation & Upgrades: Install, modify, service, and upgrade equipment in strict accordance with technical specifications and existing maintenance/service agreements.

• Maintenance: Perform periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to guarantee consistent and reliable equipment performance.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime for our clients.

• Technical Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out according to safety protocols and quality guidelines.

What we are looking for

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years of professional experience in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics.
• Proven experience in mounting and assembly.
• Fluent Japanese is essential for internal communication and customer interaction.
• Excellent communication competency.
• High level of motivation and a self-driven approach to tasks.
