Etsimme nyt Hiabin korjaamolle, ja mahdollisesti uusiin syksyllä avattaviin tiloihin Vantaalle, raskaan kaluston huoltoasentajaa, joka tuuraisi tarvittaessa myös työnjohdollisissa tehtävissä. Tarkempi tehtäväkuva määritellään valittavan henkilön osaamisen ja kokemuksen perusteella. Huoltokeskuksemme pääkaupunkiseudulla palvelee Hiab-asiakkaita nostolaitekorjauksissa ja huolloissa päiväsaikaan (n. klo 7.00 - 16.00 välillä).

Työskentelet nostolaitekorjauksissa ja huolloissa sekä niihin liittyvien lisätöiden parissa itsenäisesti huoltopalveluiden tiimissä. Työpäiväsi koostuvat monipuolisista koneiden vianhaku-, korjaus- ja huoltotehtävistä. Tehtävä edellyttää työkoneiden sähkö-, hydrauliikka- ja tietojärjestelmien tuntemusta.

Päivittäiset työtehtävät voivat sisältää esimerkiksi:

Nostolaitteiden sähköasennukset ja sähkövikojen diagnostiikka
Hydrauliikka-, pneumatiikka- ja sähköjärjestelmien korjaukset
Hydrauliikka- ja sähkökuvien lukeminen
Ajoneuvojen päällirakenteiden huolto- ja asennustyöt
Vikadiagnostiikka tietokonepohjaisia järjestelmiä hyödyntäen
Hitsaus (MIG/TIG) ajoittain.

Your mission

Service Planner is responsible for optimising the service scheduling and managing work orders by balancing customer requirements, technician availability, and operational constraints. Your mission

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of the manufacturing engineering strategy, driving the "factory of the future" vision by implementing best-in-class manufacturing techniques. Purpose of the position

The Hiab facility is located in Des Moines, IA, however all field service work will be conducted in the Omaha, NE and surrounding areas.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, report, plan and then conduct service or repair as instructed by District Service Manager
Submit regular reports in the format specified by District Service Manager
Keep adequate records and maintain documentation in line with agreed standards

Commercial Awareness and Cost Effectiveness

Plan and manage time and resources for maximum benefit of Hiab and the customer
Make judgements about the most cost effective and efficient approach to providing service
Maintain documentation to ensure accurate invoicing to the customer
Manage and protect the security and traceability of spare parts

Recognize sales opportunities and communicate to District Service Manager

Continuous Improvement

Provide feedback to District Service Manager to support continuous quality improvement

Accountabilities:

Ability to obtain and maintain a 1-year DOT Medical Card is required for this position
Mobile, adaptable and able to work in variable physical site conditions without direct supervision
Qualification from higher vocational school (below Graduate/BSc level) in at least one of the following: mechanical engineering, hydraulics, electrics and electronics or equivalent due to experience
Working technical knowledge related to all HIAB product lines e.g. Mechanicals, Hydraulics, Electrics, Electronics as required
Working knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic drive systems
Fluent in local language and working knowledge of English, spoken and written
Operators licenses for all equipment used in line with local requirements
Maintain records in compliance with terms and conditions of agreements
Know, understand and comply with Hiab USA, Inc. Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions

Your mission

Your mission

As a Senior Warranty Specialist, you will perform claim and warranty administration, managing the parts return process, evaluation, sub-supplier claiming, and problem resolutions. Key responsibilities

End-to-End Claims Management: Processing warranty claims, including supplier reclaiming, parts returns, accounting, invoicing, and feedback coordination between distributors and factories.

Analytical Insights: Conducting trend analysis for warranty claims and costs, providing monthly reporting, and following up on corrective actions.

What we are looking for

Experience & Education

Professional Background: Relevant experience in a similar role, specifically working with warranty management, quality issues, or supplier claims.
Education: Degree in a Technical or Financial field (an academic degree is a significant advantage).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of basic supply chain and logistics. Previous experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Six-Sigma, Lean, 8D, or APQP) is highly advantageous.

Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in SAP and common office applications.

Your mission

Your primary goal is to ensure the seamless availability of materials for our internal production processes. You will act as the vital link between our suppliers and our production floor, balancing inventory optimization with the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and dispatch purchase orders based on production requirements and monitor delivery timelines to ensure full compliance.
Maintain and develop daily professional relationships with material suppliers; conduct regular supplier evaluations based on established KPIs.
Work closely with Production Planning and supporting departments to minimize the impact of any potential delivery delays.

What we are looking for

Experience & Background

5+ years in IT Support (Service Desk) with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
A strong technical background combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt rapidly to a dynamic environment.

Technical Proficiency

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
IAM & Management: Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune management and software deployment.
Networking: Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Tools: Expertise in ServiceNow (ticketing, reporting, and dashboards). An interest in automation and AI is highly valued.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-level guidance to our service network in identifying the correct spare parts and retrofit kits to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
