As a Parts Planner, you will support end-to-end supply and inventory planning across our network of storage locations. Working with spare parts, accessories, and installation components, you will balance high product availability with healthy stock levels. This role focuses on daily operational planning, tracking supplier delivery performance, and resolving exceptions to build an agile, resilient supply chain.

Key responsibilities

Track daily and weekly supplier performance, expediting purchase orders and escalating delays to prevent stockouts.
Manage supply planning and stock balancing across distribution locations to ensure parts are where they need to be.
Review forecast deviations and adjust replenishment parameters to reflect changing customer demand.
Collaborate closely with purchasing, customer support, and regional teams to resolve supply disruptions quickly.
Maintain the authorized stock list (ASL) and support initial stocking plans for new product introductions.
Monitor inventory health to identify and implement opportunities for reducing excess or obsolete stock.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (recent graduates welcome).

Your mission

Our R&D includes all aspects from conceptual to final design, development, safety, prototyping, testing, verification, and validation. The team’s goal is to equip our products with reliable, high-performance robotic solutions built to perform. We prove our technology with rigorous simulation and real-world field testing.

As a Robotic Platform Developer, you will contribute to increasing the maturity of the software stack through automated regression test suites and our team’s verification and validation infrastructure for shipping software to physical fleets safely. Thereby, you will be coding automated tests and pipelines for the release management of our autonomous load handling software stack. This will require proficiency in hands-on coding (e.g., C/C++), knowledge of embedded multi-core compute units, and automation tools from version control to containerized deployments. Since real-time aspects are at the core, you will work closely with Hiab's robotic team of software experts. Key responsibilities include designing, documenting, and finding issues in the actual embedded software through coding and debugging, developing release strategies for on-field deployments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies, especially according to the relevant automotive, machinery, and cybersecurity standards and regulations.

Requirements for this role include a Master's degree in a related field, strong production-level coding skills and experience with parallel compute/embedded software development, experience with software development methodologies, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Työskentelet nostolaitekorjauksissa ja huolloissa sekä niihin liittyvien lisätöiden parissa itsenäisesti huoltopalveluiden tiimissä. Työpäiväsi koostuvat monipuolisista koneiden vianhaku-, korjaus- ja huoltotehtävistä. Tehtävä edellyttää työkoneiden sähkö-, hydrauliikka- ja tietojärjestelmien tuntemusta.

Päivittäiset työtehtävät voivat sisältää esimerkiksi:

Nostolaitteiden sähköasennukset ja sähkövikojen diagnostiikka
Hydrauliikka-, pneumatiikka- ja sähköjärjestelmien korjaukset
Hydrauliikka- ja sähkökuvien lukeminen
Ajoneuvojen päällirakenteiden huolto- ja asennustyöt
Vikadiagnostiikka tietokonepohjaisia järjestelmiä hyödyntäen
Hitsaus (MIG/TIG) ajoittain.

Your mission

Your mission

Your mission

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of the manufacturing engineering strategy, driving the "factory of the future" vision by implementing best-in-class manufacturing techniques. A key part of this role involves managing projects for the installation of new production equipment and tools and implementing engineering changes. Furthermore, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all production methods, with a strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. Your support will also extend to plant maintenance and active participation in new product development and engineering change initiatives to ensure projects are executed on time and within cost.

This position is based in Minerbio, Italy and is fully on site.

The salary bracket for this position is 45,000 - 52,000 EUR per annum.

Key responsibilities

ERP Master Data and Documentation Ownership: Own all material item masters within ERP and be responsible for the creation and updating of ERP product master data (including BOM and product routings), cycle times, SOPs and detailed work instructions
Process Design and Factory Layout: Responsible for the design of production tools and cells, line layout, and optimizing the value stream and factory layout to maximize efficiencies and safe working areas
New Product Introduction (NPI) Interface: Act as the main conduit between the Value streams and R&D functions to facilitate assembly process improvements, including New Project Development, and liaise with the team to ensure new products are transferred into manufacturing on time and on cost
Quality Assurance: Uphold quality standards within the manufacturing engineering department
Material and Inventory Policy: Work with Value Stream Managers and Logistics to ensure the correct material replenishment method is defined and adheres to PSC inventory policy
Budget and Governance: Prepare and create Capital expenditure requests in line with the budget
Continuous Improvement and Lean Implementation: Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Hold full ownership and development of the End-to-End (E2E) value stream maps
Team and Skills Development: Support Value Streams with Manufacturing Engineer skills/competences development, and support the Manufacturing Engineering team's performance management and development.

What we are looking for

Master Degree, preferably Mechanical Eng., Mechatronic Eng., Industrial Eng.
At least 7 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
In depth knowledge and experience of FMEA, APQP, PPAP and Lean Manufacturing techniques
Experience with New Product Introduction, design changes and upgrades through to production
Technical knowledge of volume manufacturing engineering practices including Factory 4.0;
Knowledge of technology such as machining and/or welding would be considered a plus
Knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD and ERP systems.
Knowledge of techniques and tools for process improvement. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt would be considered a plus
Problem solving capability and strong critical thinking and decision making skills

What we are looking for

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Operations, or a similar technical field
Leadership: Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles, ideally in a multicultural or matrix organization
Industry domain: Solid experience in heavy equipment maintenance, diagnostics, problem-solving, and troubleshooting (hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems)
Telemetry & digital: Familiarity with machine telemetry solutions (Edge gateways, control systems, M2M connectivity) and remote monitoring service environments
